Eligible items may be returned for store credit ONLY.

My Damn Shoe Collection reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel customer orders due to:

1. Irregular or excessive returns;

2. Irregular or excessive returns involving washed and/or worn items;

3. Any and all fraudulent or potentially fraudulent activities.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please EMAIL us at mydamnshoecollection.com with your order number and request a return label. Once the returned item is received, we will issue a store credit for the total amount of the purchase within 1-3 days. A store credit in the form of an e-gift card will be issued to the email on file once your returned item is received and processed.  You will receive an email notification when your store credit has been issued. The store credit amount is your 'sub-total' and will not include shipping costs. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A restocking fee of $4.50 and return shipping $9.50 will be deducted from your store credit at the time it is issued.  

Our Online Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a free return label, return instructions and the return shipping address.

If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, directions will be provided. 

Sale Items and Accessories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange.

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the delivery date.  Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with product tags attached. Items which have been unwrapped, washed and/or worn will not be accepted.   

We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item appears damaged, worn, returned after the 7th day or is a final sale item.  Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.   

All orders will be processed and shipped within 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. 

We ship via USPS Priority Mail - DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY AND SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS
